Great for My Dry, Damaged Hair
I have dry, damaged hair from all the years of dying and straightening but now its soft and smooth when I blow dry it. I can tell visibly this shampoo and conditioner really work, my color looks better. Everything looks better. I love this shampoo and conditioner.

Absolutely love it. Best I've ever used
Talk about a little dab will do ya. WOW. That's all you need, about the size of a dime of shampoo in your hand and you get lather like you won't believe. Just a little more of the conditioner since it's thicker. This means it'll last a long time and since I've never spent such a high price for shampoo and conditioner that's a very good thing. I have very thick very dry hair and after 2 days my hair has never felt softer. I've not felt the tingling that others talked about and was looking forward to it, but hey it smells great and works great. I guess I'll throw out all those partial open bottles of hair products that I've tried. Yeah, extra cabinet space. I will definitely continue to buy this product.

THE ONLY SET YOU NEED
I am a cosmetic/hair product junkie and have been in perpetual search for exactly the ticket for my below the shoulders (highlighted blonde) over 40 hair for decades. THIS IS IT. I never even use my collection or expensive shampoo/conditioner/extra treatment products which fill my bathroom cabinet.Why you ask? All natural ingredients, easy lather, easy rinse, smells of lavender, but lightly so, shampoo is slightly purplish which is beneficial to bleached blondes to make highlights shinier and keep brassiness at bay, AND most importantly makes my hair feel soft, smooth, moisturized, just plain awesome. I have only these two products in the shower for every other or every two days use, nothing else. This is the first product that I will be buying another refill of as soon as I finish typing this review. Try it if you have medium to coarse, thick, wavy, processed hair and you will feel like a princess! (Don't know if someone had fine hair if this would be the ticket, but maybe for them also.) It does rinse clean with no residue, but might be a little bit much for fine and or thin hair, something else may work better.
Also, this conditioner keeps the frizzies away for me, and smoothes the cuticle of my coarse, naturally curly hair. I use a flat iron to straighten and this makes it so smooth when it's straight that I don't have to have other products! Awesome stuff. Glad I finally found it. Anybody want my 50 other sets? ;)

Not so hydrating
The original Pureology concept was great, however, it has been boughten by Redkin and has gone far from it's original mission statement. This shampoo/conditioner in particular contains mint which can strip the hair follicles and irritate the scalp. The mint is way too drying that will strip hair color and cause split ends. It dried my scalp out and made my hair oilier.

Pureology products are great
I used this condition for my color treated hair. I am black and my hair has been relaxed and colored which is alot of stress for my kind of hair.

Pureology really helped to keep the color and has kept it hydrated. My hairdresser was impressed by the color after 6 weeks.

The conditioner really tingles the scalp as it penetrates - feels good!

It is worth the money you pay for it considering how much you paid for highlights.

Good for my damaged hair but not great.
I received a bottle of Amazing Grace Hair Conditioner for Christmas. I was eager to try different products from the philosophy line so I was thrilled to receive this not only because of its brand name, but also because I have damaged hair. Here's my results...

First, a little background info on my hair. I have really long, thick hair. I also straighten it at least 5 times a week. So I guess you can say that my hair is really, really damaged. It got to the point where a good portion of my hair felt "crinkly" or, well, burned.

After using this conditioner for roughly 2 weeks, I've started to notice a difference in the texture of my hair. The burned feeling is mostly gone. My hair is softer. The only problem is that I only noticed a difference when I started to *think* about whether or not the conditioner was working. The results aren't incredibly noticeable. My hair isn't shiny. My hair still feels a bit "wispy". The results aren't that incredible that I could say "Wow! My Amazing Grace conditioner actually works!"

I can't say that this conditioner works any better than a drugstore brand. And with a drugstore brand, you could definitely smell the conditioner in my hair even after I straightened it. With the Amazing Grace conditioner, the scent disappears as soon as you wash it out. Because my results weren't incredible, I have to give this product 4 stars. Don't get me wrong, it's a good conditioner but I can't say that the results were good enough to make me want to pay for another bottle if a cheap drugstore brand will produce the same results.

Conditioner
Great scent and a good conditioner if you live in a dryer area but may be too heavy in a tropical environment. I personally love it!

Great on my hair!
I have fairly long hair, about the middle of my back, and this conditioner is wonderful! I use Amazing Grace body/shampoo to wash my hair and follow with this conditioner. Removes most tangles from my fine hair (I've never found anything to remove all tangles). Leaves it smelling clean and feeling soft throughout the day. Lasts a long time, so it is worth spending for the 16 ounce bottle.

Best I've Found!!
I LOVE this stuff! It is the only conditioner I use now, and it has never made my hair stringy or flat. Definitely worth the price!

Great product!
This is the only conditioner that I have found that will not weigh my hair down. I have thin, fine hair that is very hard to hold a curl and very hard to work with at times. It is also damaged on the ends and needed something, but all the conditioners I had tried were too heavy and made my fine hair even flatter. I had a sample of this that had just been sitting on the bathtub and decided to give it a try. I was really amazed that it didn't feel heavy and make my hair flat. I love the smell and how easy it is to comb out my wet hair after using this. Hopefully, when I need more it will still be at the same great price of .99. I had to pay shipping so I ordered 3 bottles which should last a good while.

Excellent Daily Conditioner for Colored/Dry Hair
I have Fine/Thinning Asian Hair that is blow dried every morning and colored every 4-6 monthes. This conditioner doesn't weigh my hair down or make it feel or appear oily. I tend to keep the conditioner on my hair a little longer than recommended too!

This magical conditioner makes my damaged, dry, porous, split-ended, sometimes bushy hair into beautiful, soft, sparkly, healthy curls. I get many compliments. No other conditioner has so consistently made my hair look and feel so adorable...and it lasts the whole day, and sometimes more. Not sure what it is in this stuff that makes it work so well, but it's better than anything else I've ever tried, and I have tried a lot. I am a scrupulous researcher of products, and this one is the one that works. I keep the price down by paying .00 for 16 oz, as opposed to paying .00 for 8 oz.

Why did I wait so long?
I wanted to try this product for over 4 years but just couldn't justify the cost. Finally, I broke down and bought the travel size of the shampoo and conditioner and there was just no going back. Normally, I have to spray special conditioners in my hair to get a brush through it with out screaming. I washed my hair, let it dry and then brushed it and had hardly any resistance. My hair feels stronger, thicker, more shinny and incredibly healthy. I can't stop touching it! I used to have to wash my hair every day and now I could go a day or two if I had to and I wouldn't be able to tell. I feel like a hair model! I instantly got compliments on my hair from friends that didn't even know I had switched. This is ridiculously expensive and I'll have to adjust my budget somewhere but I don't think I'll ever give it up!

Amazing
I have long curly hair that tends to be dry and picky. This is a great hair day in a bottle everyday and I am only about 2 weeks into mine. Definitely buying more. Well worth the extra $$$

Finally the one that works!
I really like this conditioner. A little goes a long long way. Most other conditioners weighed down my hair or left it so baby fine that it was flat after blow drying. This conditioner is perfect! My hair is easy to style and it shines like crazy. I first bought the smallest size they make of this product and after using the entire bottle, I KNEW that this is the product for me. Now I can condition my hair and still have shine and body!

Great product but too expensive
It has left my hair extremely soft & shiny but I don't think it's worth the money...Matrix does just about as good of a job for about a third the price.

Great Product
My hair is shinny, soft, and silky thanks to this remarkable conditioner. I received this hair product as a gift from a coworker who is Japanese. She highly recommended it. I love it and now I am buying it for my friends. My hair was very dry and it looked damaged from using different chemical products and hot metallic straighteners. I think every girl needs the Shiseido hair mask in her bathroom. I use it once a week and it makes a big difference.
